Consumers are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days after delivery of the product. They may return a product within that period, they own the postage to pay for the return. Silica Gel Shop reserves the right to charge for returning a product under Law “distance purchases’ fees.
If you want to return a product contact the customer service via the contact form. Here, the way of returning will be indicated. The cost of return shipping is for your own account.
There are several ways to return:
You send your received via a post office. Make sure your return form is enclosed completed. The cost depends on the size of the product and whether you want to insure the shipment against loss, damage or theft. Silica Gel-Shop is not responsible for this shipment.

send in return, you as sender have certain rules you must adhere. So the package should be well packed in a box and you must keep proof that the goods have been shipped. You should also take into account the liability when sending goods through example Postnl. Remember, you are responsible for a proper mission. The package can not be held liable in the standard package shipments for any damage to the package, or missing. This is only possible when sending goods with a shipping insurance. See also the conditions of PostNL. When sending you should always keep a proof of dispatch tracking. Proof of dispatch is not proof of delivery!
